Bill’s lifelong passion and career in real estate started 25 years ago at the age of 22. Seeing the abundant opportunity in Florida, by 26, he had already owned and operated five real estate offices. Bill has been a proud Florida resident for over 30 years. He has worked in all facets of real estate while understanding the trends, opportunities, and unique aspects of Florida real estate in particular.
Over the years, Bill has trained and coached over 1,000 agents. However, he finds his work at PPI the most fulfilling. Playing a pivotal role in PPI’s strategic business ventures, Bill works one-on-one with new agents. He helps them jumpstart their careers or scale their existing growth. Bill is always on the lookout for ways to help his team set new industry standards by redefining real estate.
When not helping agents manage their own thriving real estate businesses, Bill enjoys local Florida favorites: boating, golfing, and spending time with his family. His favorite travel pastimes include sipping wine on the Amalfi Coast, relaxing on the islands, and hitting the slopes in Colorado.
