Earn 5% (up to $4K) of PPI | REAL’s revenue split for each referred agent who caps.
Tier 1: Up to $4,000 per $12k capping agent annually.
Tier 2: Up to $3,200 per $12k capping agent annually.

Our commission structure allows you to make more income from every sale with our 80/20 plan with a $12k Cap and no monthly fees. After capping, agents keep 100% of their commission and pay a fixed transaction fee. In addition, agents can earn income from our Revenue Share Program.

Bill’s lifelong passion and career in real estate started 25 years ago at the age of 22. Seeing the abundant opportunity in Florida, by 26, he had already owned and operated five real estate offices. Bill has been a proud Florida resident for over 30 years. He has worked in all facets of real estate while understanding the trends, opportunities, and unique aspects of Florida real estate in particular.
Over the years, Bill has trained and coached over 1,000 agents. However, he finds his work at PPI the most fulfilling. Playing a pivotal role in PPI’s strategic business ventures, Bill works one-on-one with new agents. He helps them jumpstart their careers or scale their existing growth.
